When does Leverage Your Brilliance start?
After you are accepted and enrolled - you can start right away!
We'll open the portal to access your trainings and fb community and you can jump right in!
You can chat with Donna each Wednesday for feedback, Q&A and help with your materials.
Do I have to complete my program during a specific timeframe?
This program is based on the 3 Phases of Donna's Work Less Make More method.
Phase 1: Create & presell your program. Here you work through the foundational pieces of getting the best program out there and selling!
Though the program suggests 1 module per week- you can go at your own pace. You get all the modules on demand once you enroll.
Phase 2: Automate. Once you have launched your program, you will move into automating and evergreening the sales process. We'll work on your magic messaging and creating consistent income each month.
Phase 3: Integrate. Now it's time to streamline your systems, delegate and move your program center stage in your business to free up your time and lessen your delivery time.
You'll have 6 months to move through the phases at your own pace. Creating a Work Less, Make More business takes some time but it's totally worth it! We're setting you up for multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars and beyond.
I'm not sure of my program idea.
This is VERY common! About 85% of the clients I work with don't have a set "topic" when we start working together.
This program walks you through every step, from your initial program idea to enrolling your first students. No prior experience with program or curriculum is necessary!

Yes! When someone tells me this, I usually want to take a deep dive into their program and make sure it was developed properly- meaning was it set up to SELL.
This program will take you through the pre-sell launch and then continue next into automating your ongoing program marketing strategy. We'll teach you what to say how to say it so you attract buyers to you - instead of chasing them all over social media.
The goal is to reach 6 figures with your program inside this 6 month program.
Do you help with platforms and tech?
Yes we have a dedicated module to help you choose your platform. And my team and I will be there weekly on the strategy calls to help.
The program includes video tutorials for ALL the tech pieces. If you can watch a video and follow along, you got this.
And of course, you can ask any tech questions anytime inside the forum and weekly calls.
What is the investment and are there other costs?

For only $5K you create, automate and market your program to produce thousands each month over and over.
Everything you need is inside this program. No additional equipment is necessary. No hiring a videographer.
There may be a monthly fee for the platform you choose. I go over it all inside the program and we can discuss your situation on our weekly call.
I don't have an email list or big following on social media. Will this work for me?
You will need a community of "warm people" to do your pre-sale launch. This could include email list, social followers, youtube, past clients, or an offline network you've built.
Launching a program builds your list. And LYB will teach you to sell to your warm universe (what you already have) and how to build your community to continue to sell your course each month.
